Arkansas Department of Human Services is suing Physicians' Specialty Hospital for almost $1.75 million, claiming the Fayetteville hospital hasn't been paying its Medicaid assessments. Fayetteville lawyer John Everett, the hospital's attorney, says the law is unfair, requiring it to pay more than it receives in Medicaid reimbursements.
